How to Install Android 4 0 4 ICS IMM30B On Verizon Galaxy Nexus

It seems that owners of Google devices are the first to get a leaked version of a new update for Android OS. If you use Verizon Galaxy Nexus that is running on Android 4.0.2 this piratical guide will show you how how to flash / install Android 4.0.4 ICS on this device. The tutorial is very short and easy to follow, but make sure you read it trough once before doing it yourself.
What you can get with this update: better user experience and better overall speed, shorter boot time, more radio stations with better signal, switching from 3G to 4G (and the other way around) is now made simple and there are some fixes of the battery bugs.

Before Installing Android 4.0.4 On Verizon Galaxy Nexus

This is not an official update so what you will be doing isn’t supported by Google and there will be no costumer support and you warranty will be void if something goes wrong and trashes your device. While this is unlikely to happen, you should still make a back-up of all your files and contacts before moving forward. Your device must also be rooted and be running Android 4.0.2 (ICL53F). You must also have ClockWork Mod Recovery installed.

Installing Android 4.0.4 On Verizon Galaxy Nexus

So let us get started

You must download the Android 4.0.4 file [link for download] for the Verizon Galaxy Nexus and save it your computer. Rename this file (right click> rename or ctrl+R while the file is selected) to “update.zip” . Next connect your device to your computer and copy this file to the root of the SD card.
Power your device down and enter it into Clockwork Recovery Mod.
Perform a NANDROID backup. To do this, while in Recovery mode select the option “ backup and restore > backup ” and then transfer these files to your computer once the process is done. If you manually did a back-up already then skip this step.
In the Recovery Mod menu choose the option “install zip from sdcard > apply /sdcard/update.zip”. The flashing process will begin shortly and last up to 5 minuets.
Once the ROM finished with the installation/flashing process you may choose reboot system now to restart your phone normally and complete the update.

Nokia N73 Handsfree Problem

Some time ago, there was a problem that very rarely happens. Actually, if this can be called stupid. Why do I say stupid? Heres the story:

Mobile that I use the Nokia N73. When I came home from a relatives house, then I put the phone on the table. Without my knowledge, my brother took my Nokia N73. He intended to listen to music through a hands-free but without him knowing it, he took the hands-free for Sony Ericsson W395 mobile phones.

When handsfree Sony Ericsson W395 is we put on the Nokia N73, is entered. But because the system does not detect the same, finally on my phone there is always a warning enhancement not supported.

Because I do not know the chronology of the beginning, I thought it was caused by a virus that damage the operating system. I think that because I often browse and download using the phone.

When I try to restore the phone settings to factory settings, it turns out that the warning is still there. Finally, after my in-depth analysis, I have concluded that to eliminate these warnings, we must install a suitable handsfree. Finally, after I install a suitable handsfree, especially the original, mobile phones back to normal.

Nokia 2100 Signal Drop

After a long time not writing, this time I want to share about how to improve the signal problem on the Nokia 2100 mobile phone.

I found the problem this time is as follows:

When I first turned on, cell phone signal can be captured but a few seconds later the signal was lost immediately. I tried to find signal manually from setting menu, the result can detect any mobile cellular networks there. I thus conclude that the RF processor is not a problem.

Next I checked the Power Amplyfier. I pull the IC Power Amplyfier then I replace it with new. The result was still missing signal abruptly.

After I did some earlier, I finally have the conclusion that the damage occurred on the passive components in the vicinity of IC Power Amplyfier. After I check one by one, finally I found a damaged passive components, namely the capacitor C 760.

Location of these components can be seen in the picture below. After I replace these components, mobile phone back to normal.

How to convert Windows Phone 8 1 to Windows Phone 8 on Nokia Lumia

Windows Phone 8.1 has been the center of attention during these weeks. Despite only being available version for developers , many of you have upgraded to this preview.

This version of the operating system and finally promised has not disappointed thus integrates many upgrades and customization.

But most of them are happy with the upgrade, there will be people who wish to return to Windows Phone 8 . Whether problems with battery life , others with the camera or simply for the stability Windows Phone 8 provides.

If you tried or do you think we should say that restoring factory settings does not work to perform thedowngrade phone. All that will achieve is to erase our data.

To make the downgrade is necessary to reinstall the firmware and we can do it in two ways, via Nokia Software Updater or Nokia Care Suite . Before carrying out the process, we must consider the following:

These methods work only on Nokia Lumia phones.
Both methods will erase all your data from the phone.
We should make a backup.
Have your device fully charged.

Via Nokia Software Updater

The procedure to do the downgrade with NSU is the same as upgrading to Nokia Lumia Black. Download the program , run it and connect your phone. NSU will recognize it and give to update, upgrade and wait patiently.

As you can see in the video, the procedure is very simple, if you have doubt, you can check out our article where we explain step by step , follow the instructions and you will have Windows Phone 8 on your device again.

While many have worked for them, not us NSU helped us make the downgrade , I try to make two phones and in none of the cases resulted. Both phones were Nokia Lumia 920.

Via Nokia Care Suite

Similarly happens with NSU to make a downgrade by NCS , continue the same steps to upgrade to Nokia Lumia Black.

We have to install the program, download the firmware you wish to use, connect the device and install. Can you visit the main article where you more detail the procedure thoroughly.

In the case of Nokia Care Suite, the downgrade worked perfectly , I realized what a Nokia Lumia 920 with a firmware for Nokia Lumia Black, a free version for Mexico.

You should know that HTC will charge really slow compared to other smartphones. I mean, I was charging my iPhone 4S in one hour via USB cable, my Nokia N8 in two hours via USB cable, and my HTC One X in 5-6 hours minimum via USB cable. So, I read about this on some forums, and it seems that it needs more power in order to charge, and the USB connection could not provide that power. This means you have to use the charger, and forget about charging it via USB (if youre in a hurry). Even so, it will not charge that fast, but at least youll get it full in 2-3 hours.

Nokia T4 and T5 key, Electronic meter, Electronics Cleaner, Hot Air, Solding Iron, Jumper Wire.

Diagnostic and Solutions.
if sim is not working in Nokia C2-06 is can be cause of water damage or missing components. Use different sim and if sim is not working then de assemble Nokia C2-06.
Once Mobile phone is disassemble check all these parts that are given in above diagram and apply electronics cleaner. Apply hot air so that it can be dry but not to much because it can damage the mother board or may can harm your skin.
these different color lines are indicating different path and tracks that are used in sim function in Nokia C2-06 so if nay of them is missing apply that jumper as shown in diagram to solve insert sim problem in Nokia C2-06

Nokia C2 03 Voluem Up Down Keys Not Working Problem Solution Jumpers

1-Nokia C2-03 Volume Up Key is Not Working.
2-Nokia C2-03 Volume Down Key is Not Working.
Tools:-
1-Hot Air is required.
2-Solding iron is required.
3-Skrue driver keys.
4-Electronics cleaner.
5-Four leg On of Switch ( Volume Key Switch ).
6-old board of Nokia C2-03 if a few parts are damage in this board.So that they can be replaced.

Solution:-
If Volume Up or Down key is not working in Nokia C2-03 then it can be the cause of Volume Switch or Resistance near by it.
So disassemble mobile phone and check whole mother board.
If there is some rust or carbon clean it with electronics cleaner and apply some heat so that it can be dry.
Check these tracks as shown in red and green lines in above diagram.
If some prints are missing or a few parts are damage apply jumpers or replace damaged parts.
If Volume Switch is damage or broken then replace it with new one.
Warnings:
Do not apply much heat it can be harm for your skin and mobile phone.
Try that board get fully dry.
When you are removing old volume switch make sure you will not damage prints from mother board so remove it when solding iron is too much hot.Or remove it with hot air.
